1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words carry specific meanings: "Service" refers to the financial education programmes, sessions, and related materials offered by ratanapathesa. "User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses our website or enrols in our programmes. "We," "us," or "our" refers to ratanapathesa, located at 19/8 Phetkasem Road, Hat Yai, Songkhla 90110, Thailand. "Content" refers to all text, materials, worksheets, booklets, and other resources provided as part of our programmes. "Agreement" refers to the contract formed between you and ratanapathesa when you use our website or enrol in a programme.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website at https://ratanapathesa.top or enrolling in any of our programmes, you confirm that you accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to abide by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website or services.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. Our programmes are designed primarily for adults aged 40 and above, though younger adults who meet the minimum age requirement are welcome to participate.

3. Description of Services

ratanapathesa provides financial education programmes intended to improve personal understanding of financial topics. Our current offerings include introductory half-day sessions on everyday money management, multi-week courses exploring investment options available to Thai residents, and personalised advisory engagements for individuals approaching or in retirement.

All programmes are delivered in Hat Yai, Songkhla, Thailand. Availability may vary depending on scheduling and participant capacity. We reserve the right to modify programme content, schedules, or availability at our discretion, with reasonable notice provided to enrolled participants.

4. Enrolment and Participation

Enrolment in a programme is confirmed once payment has been received and you have received a written confirmation from us, typically via email. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come basis. We ask that participants arrive punctually and come prepared to engage respectfully with facilitators and fellow attendees.

Group sessions have a maximum capacity of ten participants. If a session is full at the time of your enquiry, we will offer to place you on a waiting list or suggest an alternative session date when available.

5. User Responsibilities

When using our website or participating in our programmes, you agree to provide accurate and truthful information when submitting enquiries or registering for services. You also agree to treat staff, facilitators, and fellow participants with courtesy and respect. You may not record sessions (audio or video) without prior written permission. Sharing of programme materials with non-participants is not permitted. Any disruptive or disrespectful behaviour during sessions may result in removal from the programme.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our website and programmes — including text, worksheets, booklets, glossaries, templates, and presentation materials — is the intellectual property of ratanapathesa. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use these materials for your own educational benefit.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written consent. This restriction applies to both physical and digital formats.

7. Pricing and Payment

Programme fees are listed in Thai Baht (฿ THB) and are inclusive of all materials provided as part of the programme. Current pricing is as follows: Money Basics Orientation at ฿5,500, Investment Literacy Series at ฿16,500, and Comprehensive Financial Life Review at ฿41,000.

We accept payment by bank transfer and may offer additional payment methods at our discretion. For the Comprehensive Financial Life Review, a payment plan may be arranged upon request. All fees are due before the programme start date unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your enrolment, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 14 calendar days before the programme start date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund, though we may offer to transfer your enrolment to a future session of the same programme when available.

If ratanapathesa cancels a programme for any reason, enrolled participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a rescheduled session.

9. Educational Disclaimer

Our programmes are educational in nature and are intended to improve your understanding of financial concepts. The information provided during sessions should not be understood as personal financial advice, investment recommendations, or instructions to take specific financial actions. We do not sell financial products, manage investments on your behalf, or hold any fiduciary responsibility for your financial decisions.

You are encouraged to consult licensed financial advisors, accountants, or legal professionals before making significant financial decisions. ratanapathesa is not responsible for any financial outcomes resulting from actions you choose to take based on concepts discussed during our programmes.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, ratanapathesa's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific programme in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to financial losses, lost opportunities, or emotional distress.

Circumstances beyond our reasonable control — such as natural disasters, public health emergencies, government restrictions, or severe weather — may affect programme delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or offer alternatives in such situations but cannot be held liable for resulting inconveniences.

11. Confidentiality

During one-on-one advisory sessions, participants may share personal financial information. ratanapathesa treats all such disclosures as strictly confidential. We will not share your financial details with any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by Thai law.

Participants in group sessions are asked to respect the privacy of fellow attendees and refrain from sharing personal details discussed during sessions outside of the group setting.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue your participation in a programme if you violate these terms, engage in disruptive behaviour, or fail to meet payment obligations. In the event of termination for cause, refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

You may discontinue your participation at any time, subject to the cancellation and refund terms described above.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through informal discussion and good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Songkhla Province, Thailand.

14. General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and ratanapathesa regarding the use of our website and services. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.

We may assign our rights and obligations under these terms to another party with reasonable notice. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our written consent.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions periodically. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. If changes are significant, we will make reasonable efforts to notify enrolled participants. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
